  • Rosemary Juniper Pale Ale (Lite): The younger sibling of our autumnal big beer. spicy, malty and woody, with a palate-cleansing finish thanks to the juniper. Incredibly drinkable! 5.1% ABV, 22 IBU, 15 SRM
  • Belgian Dubbel:  A rounded dubbel with a slightly silky texture, a nose full of banana and pepper and a pruny, toffee-like backbone.  6.2%ABV, 22 IBU, 14 SRM.
  • Cardamom Pepper Blond Ale: Bright, golden, effervescent, with a nice wintry sharpness, a pleasing astringency and a barely-detectable heat.  4.5% ABV, 16 IBU, 4 SRM.
  • Aramis IPA:  An IPA single-hopped with aramis hops, a high-alpha version of strisselspalt.  Foresty, herbal aroma and a noble, clean bitterness. 5.9% ABV, 56 IBU, 9 SRM.
  • Toasted Oat:  An all-oat beer (meaning it’s gluten free, though we produced it on equipment that routinely handles large amount of gluten) with a quirky oat-centric body and delightful toasty notes from the significant addition of house-toasted oats. 4.6% ABV,  40 IBU, 11 SRM.
  • Belma brown:  A dry brown ale with a soft, caramel, slightly roasty palate that showcases the earthy, candy-like (yeah, we’re surprised to put those words together too) nature of the belma hop.  You’ll love it! 4.1% ABV, 24 IBU, 21 SRM.
