Cookie Brown. A recipe from Danielle, our pilot brewer! This brown ale has all the flavor markers of a delicious oatmeal cookie. 4.7% ABV. 16oz pour.
Midnite Mass. BLACKER THAN BLACK. This dark, rich, roasty stout will ail what cures you. Made with cold brew Indonesian from COMA coffee. 5.7% ABV. 12oz pour.
CV Dark Mild. A variant of our dark mild featuring coffee and vanilla. It rules! 4.0% ABV. 16oz pour.
Coconut Dark Mild. A variant of our dark mild featuring coconut. GOTH BEACH PARTY!!! 4.0% ABV. 16oz pour.
Mahlab ESB. This Extra Special Bitter is made extra special by Mahlab, the pits of Ste. Lucie cherries. Used in Turkish baked goods, this beer has a sweet, spicebread aroma but a crisp, bitter finish. 5.2% ABV. 16 oz pour.

Sprucegerald. Dry, snappy Irish style stout made with spruce tips instead of hops! 5.9% ABV. 16oz pour.
Blood Dream. Braggot made with wildflower honey, strawberries, lemon zest, Thai basil and hibiscus. Inspired by a salad dressing, for spring time! 6.5% ABV. 12oz pour.
New World Stout. This gruit (hopless beer) is made entirely with “new world” spices. Vanilla and sasparilla combine with ancho and chipotle peppers to create a complex and robust flavor profile. 8.5% ABV. 12 oz pour.
Cozy Cowboy The winter variant of our fruited gose is warmer than a campfire on the high plains, pardner! Apples and mahlab turn this quarterhorse into a thoroughbred! 7.5% ABV. 12 oz pour.
