Five Dollar Beers
Meteor IPA. Flagship IPA from the brewery least likely to have one. Popular in France. 5.1% ABV. 16oz pour.
Gravois Park Pils. We did it! We made a lager! Polish-inspired pilsner. Very crisp, Pronounced hop bitterness. 4.2% ABV. 16oz pour.
Gruit out of Hell. Inspired by one of the greatest albums of all time, our only pumpkin beer is made with beets, sumac, yarrow and chipotle peppers. 4.1% ABV. 12oz pour.
Earthbound Blonde. Our flagship blonde has a beguiling aroma thanks to cardamom and telicherry black pepper and a refreshing, crisp finish thanks to black tea added at the end of the boil. 4.50% ABV. 16oz pour.
Thai Basil IPA. Very light bodied IPA made with jaggery (a semi-refined date sugar) and a generous quantity of thai basil, for aroma. 7.4% ABV. 16oz pour.
idnite Mass. BLACKER THAN BLACK. This dark, rich, roasty stout will ail what cures you. Made with cold brew Indonesian from COMA coffee. 5.7% ABV. 12oz pour.
Krampus Gruit. Hopless beer made in honor of the dark lord of Christmas, Krampus himself! Elderberry and peppermint clash in this extremely drinkable hopless beer. 5.2% ABV. 12oz pour.
Satellite Gruit. A beer inspired by a cocktail. Black malt, lime, jaggery, saison yeast. 6.0% ABV. 12oz pour.
Six Dollar Beers
Pecan Chicory Stout. Inspired by Usher’s Love in this Club, this beer has a medium body (the rhythm section), miles deep bass notes from the chicory (the guy yelling HEY on the 1s and 3s) and a smooth, buttery top note from the toasted pecans (Usher’s incredible voice). Enjoy! 6.7% ABV. 16oz pour.
Divine Hag. Rich ruby malt meets intense peat smoke. 8.0% ABV. 12oz pour.
Ozark Milkshake IPA. This hazy, thick IPA is made with a ton of simcoe hops, cedar branches, oats, wheat and lactose. Smooth, silky and delicious! 6.9% ABV. 16oz pour.
Noir Evader. A variant of our popular Tax Evader double IPA! Black IPA made with a huge amount of Amarillo hops! 8.6% ABV. 12oz pour.
Space Dream. This braggot (barley and honey beverage) is brewed with copious amounts of wildflower honey and lavender, then fermented on blackberries. Available in bombers, too. 6.9% ABV. 12oz pour.
Interstate Cowboy. Cherry Limeade Gose. Hell yes. 6.5% ABV. 12 oz pour.
Cozy Cowboy. Gose made with apples and mahlab. It’s the perfect winterbeer! 7.5% ABV. 12 oz pour.
