Beer List: July 17-22.

  • Irish Red – A malt-forward Irish red brewed with melanoidin malt, which adds a nice herbal nose. 5.1% ABV
  • Tart Rye Ale – Very dry copper colored rye ale, full of the grain’s characteristic tart and spicy notes. 5.2% ABV
  • Mahlab ESB – Mahlab! It’s the pits of St. Lucie cherries! It makes this malt-forward beer smell like Turkish baked goods! Some dude on the internet claims it’s the worst beer he’s ever had! 5.2% ABV
  • Open Source Brown – A dry brown ale with aromas of chocolate, strawberry and orange cream. 5.3% ABV
  • Citra AIPA – We’re extra cool now that we’ve brewed with Citra hops. This American-style IPA has bright notes of grapefruit. 7.4% ABV
  • Loral Pale –  Loral hops are all the rage right now, so we put some in this beer. The internet says they’re herbal, floral, and peppery. We say you should try for yourself! 5.9% ABV
  • Sour Sahti – An ancient Finnish-style beer brewed with juniper berries and strained through cedar branches. This version is nice and tart. 9.0% ABV
  • Meteor IPA – This east coast-style IPA is floral and balanced with brown malt. 5.0% ABV
  • Robgoblin IPA – This aggressively-hopped IPA has almost every hop variety we own. An extended mash and boil balances out the flavors and Belma hops add a nice banana note. 7.5% ABV
  • Fuzzy Pickles – This gose is a bit tart and a bit salty. Sorachi Ace hops add a dill and lemongrass flavor. 6.0 ABV
  • FTeaB Gose –  Test run of a collab beer between ourselves and Teatopia for Fortune Teller Bar! Gose made with a cherry hibiscus tea blend. 5.7% ABV
  • Dry Porter – Crisp and mild, some slight chocolate and roasted notes to remind you what’s what. 4.8% ABV
  • Belgian Gruit –  This hopless beer is brewed with orange peel, ginger and white and black pepper, and fermented with Belgian yeast.  It’s hella aromatic. 6.9% ABV (nice)
